AllTemplates is a product of Blueprint Dynamics. We are a small team and we read every message that comes in. Whether you have spotted a formula error, want to request a new template, or have a question about how a calculation works, the fastest way to reach us is by email at hello@bpdynamics.io. We aim to respond to all messages within two business days.
Reporting a calculation error
If a formula produces a result that doesn't look right, we want to know immediately. These are simplified planning models, and errors can occur — especially at edge cases like zero values, negative numbers, or inputs that fall outside the expected range.
When you email us about a calculation issue, it helps to include:
- The name of the template (for example, "Break-Even Calculator" or "Profit and Loss Statement").
- The specific field or output that looks wrong.
- The values you entered and the result you got.
- What result you expected and why — even a rough explanation helps us reproduce it.
We treat correction reports as high priority. If a formula is wrong, we fix it and update the prerendered page within a few business days, then update the methodology guide if the explanation needs correcting too.
Requesting a new template
AllTemplates currently covers 150 tools across 20 categories, and we add new templates based on useful requests, without a guaranteed release schedule. If there is a calculation you use regularly — for work, for a side project, or for personal planning — and it isn't in our library yet, send us a request.
When requesting a template, the most useful details to include are:
- What the template should calculate and what the output should be (a total, a schedule, a comparison, a score).
- What industry or situation it's for — a general description is fine.
- What inputs a user would typically provide.
- Whether there's an existing spreadsheet or tool you've used that we could use as a reference for the formula logic.
We review all template requests and prioritize by demand. If several users ask for the same tool, it moves up the queue. You don't need to follow up — we'll publish the template and it will appear in the relevant category automatically.
Questions about how a template works
Every template on AllTemplates includes a detailed guide below the tool that explains the formula methodology, walks through the pre-filled example step by step, and answers the most common questions. If you've read the guide and still have a question — about an edge case, about adapting the formula for a specific situation, or about what a result means in practice — email us and we'll do our best to help.
We can't provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice, but we can explain how a template's formulas work and point you toward authoritative resources on the underlying topic.
General feedback
If something about the site is confusing, slow, or broken in a way that isn't a formula error — a layout issue on your device, a print problem, a template that doesn't load correctly — we want to hear about it. Tell us your browser and device type if you can; it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Positive feedback is welcome too. If a template helped you in a specific way — saved time on a project, caught an error in your figures, helped you prepare for a meeting — we genuinely enjoy hearing those stories, and they help us understand which templates to expand and improve.
Response time
Calculation errors and broken tools can be reported by email; response and correction times are not guaranteed. We do not have a support phone line or live chat — email is the right channel for everything.
